Version: 20.5.28
ExactScan looks nice and the developer put a lot of work into this application. I am surprised that they do not seem to be putting any effort into making it more stable. ExactScan stalls in the middle of scans and you are have to force quit and frequently have to restart the scanner. I have had so many problems that I went back to VueScan. Vuescan has been around forever and is constantly updated. Competition is good and I wanted ExactScan to work. I could easily overlook the price difference it ExactScan was reliable but not.

Constantly crashes on IMac Catalina and has to be restarted. Over 2 pages scanned and the program freezes and has to be restarted. Not worth 90 dollars. Not worth 20 dollars. Dont waste your money.

Doesnt work for my Macbook Pro. Scans a page or two then stops. Occasionally works if I restart Mac and the Scansnap scanner, but then reverts to not working

Fraudsters. They left the AppStore and the latest version on there does not work with Catalina. No response when I asked them to convert AppStore license to a direct license.
